using the Previous Versions Client from a Windows 2003 Server
Sometimes it's the little things that trick you.
Discovered today that if you want to use the Previous Versions tab from within Windows Server 2003, you have to browse to the share via the UNC path (or, presumably, map a drive), and then the Previous Version tab appears. (E.g. \\localhost\sharename\etc.)
I tried this on a file server, just navigating to C:\shares\whatever and was stumped why it wasn't there.
As Carson would say, wild shtuff
